After miraculously charging his church members’ phones with short prayers, an African preacher gained notoriety.
The minister gave the instruction that phones in his congregation should automatically charge without the need of chargers.
He ordered that the battery of every person whose phone was not charging throughout the service be quickly charged to 100%.
When the pastor started speaking, a woman’s phone started charging, according to a member of the pastoral team who went up to her.
On social media, this has generated a great deal of debate. Some people questioned why he couldn’t pray for money to feed his members, who appeared to be in need.
Some further believed that by enabling these purportedly divine individuals to manipulate some Christians into subjection, some Christians had become overly credulous.
