Chief Justice To Judges; call cases of seniors first.

The Chief Justice, Justice Kwasi Anin Yeboah, has written a private letter to the justices in the country, to as a matter of an urgency, call the pending court cases of senior lawyers before they attend to the junior ranking lawyers in Ghana.

According to the chief Justice, who thought he was writing a coveted memo to the judges under his tutelage, got the letter leaked to the general public thereby exposing himself to public distain trying to tilt justice with his farce sovereignty.

In his personal point of view, he is writing the letter not on ground of bias or contempt against the young lawyers in the country but simply, to give them an ample time and laxity to learn thoroughly before appearing in court so that their perceived little knowledge about the judicial operations would not expose them to public ridicule.

Other legal thoughts have come up against the purported letter written clandestinely by the chief Justice, describing it as unfair and contemptuous to harming justice delivery in Ghana.
