Economic Hardships Hinder Patronage Of Cars During Easter – Drivers lament.

Countless number of drivers in the national capital, Accra, have blamed the low level of patronage for their various vehicles before and during the Easter festivities on the door step of the debilitating economy of Ghana.

According to the drivers, unlike the precious years before and during Easter celebrations, they were busy counting their daily sales but this time around, there is nothing as that thereby, putting the blame squarely on the neck of the comatose state of Ghana’s economy.

The drivers stated that, anytime it is a time for an Easter celebration, many people would travel to their respective hometowns to make merry of the occasion before returning to continue their work activities but because of the suffering Ghanaians are enduring in the country, nobody is interested in travelling again and that is the main reason why our cars are grinded to a halt.
