On social media, a video showing the moment a lady abused her closest friend for being married to her husband during their wedding ceremony has gone viral.
According to reports, the incident recently took place in one of Nigeria’s northern states.
As is customary in Fulani tradition, the second wife of the groom, who was to be the new bride, went to meet the first wife during the ceremony to offer her respects.
She was anticipated to be warmly welcomed into the family by the first wife. Yet, she had been so enraged with her best friend for allegedly betraying their friendship.
In front of the wedding guests, she attacked the soon-to-be bride in a fit of wrath.

The (First wife) seized this opportunity to attack the bride.
This is wrong, there is no justification to this act.
