Ibrahim Mahama, the CEO of Engineers and Planners and a Ghanaian business tycoon, is said to have added a new private jet to his fleet.
Appiah Stadium, a longtime ally of Ibrahim’s brother, former President John Mahama, announced the acquisition.
Ibrahim, who was the first person in Ghana to own a private jet, is well-known for leading an opulent lifestyle and is considered to be among the country’s wealthiest individuals.
His first private jet, a Bombardier 604 called “Dzata,” is merely a model that fits his upscale tastes and prestige.
In 2014, The New York Times reported that the United States flagged Ibrahim Mahama’s first private jet during a trip to Iran, garnering international attention.
