The Western regional minister and Member of Parliament for Takoradi constituency Kwabena Okyere Darko Mensah has announced that the police barrier located at Inchaban in the Shama district is set to relocate to Shama-Kumasi, a town in the Shama district.
The Inchaban police barrier has for some years now has been causing extreme traffic on the Shama-Inchaban stretch. This has got road users complaining about the long hours spent when plying the road.
The regional minister made this known on his official Facebook page earlier today.
He further urged road users to adhere to temporary measures put in place by authorities when plying the road.
