Trending on social media for about two weeks now is the online protest #FixTheCountry which is to seek for the betterment of all sectors in the country to reflect on citizens’ daily living.
This has seen many Ghanaian celebrities such us Efia Odo, John Dumelo, Yvonne Nelson, Joselyn Dumas, Kwaw Kese, Nana Aba Anamoah,Lydia Forson, Serwaa Amihere and many more joining the protest.
Netizens started asking why Stonebwoy hasn’t joined the campaign as even rapper Sarkodie who is believed to have campaigned for the NPP government before the 2020 general election has supported the protest in a tweet he posted.
Stonebwoy in an interview with Andy Dosty’s ”Daybreak Hitz” on Hitz FM explained he hasn’t joined the online protest because “we politicize things a lot so i don’t want to get involved in advocating for a certain relevant cause…….”
