The Circuit Court in Dansoman dismisses case against Henry Fitz and his alleged accomplices by television presenter Serwaa Amihere.
The case was filed on account of Henry Fitz and accomplices demanding ransom and leaking the bedroom video of Serwaa Amihere to the Ghanaian public.
Angel FM’s representative in the court, by name, Ama Birago, declared that the judge presiding over the case declined doing so with the claims of it being irrelevant to the court.
She, also, added that it is within the jurisdiction of the Ghana Police to push the case to the High Court, and get the case to be prosecuted in the Attorney General’s Office.
Thrilling fact is none of the accused persons were present at the hearing.
