Nigel Gaisie, a well-known prophet from Ghana, revealed that he began using marijuana when he was 11 years old.
In an interview with GTV, the Prophetic Hill Chapel’s founder admitted that he first tried smoking after being exposed to it by a local old lad.
He also shared how a kelewele salesman sent him to church, where he gave his life to God.
“I started using marijuana when I was 13, 12, and 11 years old. I learned about it from a man named Anokye. When we got out of school, he (Anokye) would take us to the Odorna Railway and expose us to infamous stuff, so I started using marijuana. I grew up without a father and was solely cared for by my mother.
“So I went to buy marijuana one of those days, but I was also hungry, so I went to acquire kelewele. The seller of the kelewele pleaded with Kwabena to come that evening so she could take him to church and give him the kelewele for free. She gave me the kelewele for free, and I went to church where I met Apostle Kofi Afriyie Amoako, a man of God who is now my spiritual father and resides in the UK, according to Prophet Nigel Gaisie.
He also remembered the prophecy that had been delivered to him.
He beckoned me from the back and stated that young boy who is seated at the back. “I went to sit at the far end and already I was really high.
“God’s hand is on the speaker right here, right now. He stated my name even though he didn’t know me. My mother’s name, Abena Grace, was mentioned along with my name, Kwabena Ali, and the rest, as they say, is history, the prophet disclosed.
