A Ghanaian Cab driver recently has gathered lots of praises from the public for displaying a high sense of integrity in returning mobile phones that were left in his car belonging to the Nollywood actress, Anita Joseph.

This uncommon act of kindness and sincerity portrayed by the Cab driver came as a shock to the actress who now describes him as an Angel or saint.

The bizarre situation occurred during her visit to Ghana to meet her sister who was lodging in a particular hotel in Accra.

Telling her story, Anita recounted that, the moment she noticed her phones were not with her, she was thrown into a state of worry for misplacing them.

However, as she grappled with the loss of valuable items in her bag including the phones, the said Cab driver returned with her belongings whiles they were by the roadside making frantic efforts to get in touch with him.

And upon receiving her lost items from the driver, she joyfully exclaimed rhetorically, “what manner of human is this with such a good heart”

This story of Anita Joseph has many lessons for all:

• It reveals to us that, there are yet many good people out there in the world who are mindful of their integrity and will go the extra mile to defend and secure it.

• The fact that you have not yet encountered one good person in the world who cares does not mean there is none that can be good to you. It’s a matter of time.

•  The golden rule says, “Do unto others as you want them to do for you”. So, just as we expect people to be good to us and show us real acts of kindness and sincerity, we must also be willing to be the ones to do same for others who are in need of help, and even do it the more.

In appreciation for the driver’s attitude of admiration, She prayed for him and declared words of blessings over him”. Aside this, she joyfully rewarded him.
