A Kenyan pastor who claims to be Jesus Christ has expressed concern that his position puts his life in jeopardy.

According to the clergyman, members of his community Bungoma (yesu wa Tongaren) have pledged to crucify him this Easter, just like they did to the God-son.

When the self-proclaimed Jesus Christ learned that people in Bungoma had overheard them saying he should be crucified on Easter in the same way that Jesus was, he told the police about it.

It was learned that members of the community had reassured the man of God that, if he was truly the messiah, he would rise from the dead on the third day and ascend to heaven following his crucifixion, so he should not be concerned at all.

However, ahead of this year’s Easter celebration, he went to a police station to ask for protection.
