The Chinese National who has become famous for her alleged involvement in the galamsey operations in Ghana, is highly expected to face legal prosecution anytime soon as documents collated by the Attorney General and Minister of Justice, Godfred Yeboah Dame, have been properly studied and in due effects, she is going to be dragged to Court to face the full rigours of the laws of Ghana for unlawfully entering Ghana without requisite approval from the authorities.
Aisha Huang, who was previously deported out of the shores of Ghana on grounds of favouritism and clemency when she was formerly detained for committing crimes against humanity, was later left out of the hook due to cordial bilateral relations existing between Ghana and her origin country, China, on conditions of promoting free trade agreement and harmony.
It has been reported early this week unexpectedly that, this same Aisha Huang, after her successful deportation to China, she has again, found her ways back to Ghana through which she even acquired some sensitive documents belonging to the country. The revealing expos’e had it that, she, Aisha Huang, obtained Ghanaian card which must be a sole proprietorship of Ghanaian people only but she acquired that illegally through unscrupulous means without any justification.
Even though the government has indicated that the said documents secured by Aisha Huang were all fake and doctored, Ghanaian people are struggling to come to terms with how she was able to land on the shores of the country after her deportation some months ago.
Some security experts have also called on the president himself, His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo, to as a matter of an urgency, sack the controller of immigration for his dereliction and abandonment of duties and responsibilities because, it was through his complete negligence which necessitated the intrusion and incursions on the part of the said Aisha Huang to find herself in Ghana.
According to the office of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice, Godfred Yeboah Dame, they have put together the dockets that are going to be used in determining the finality of the case involving Aisha Huang fairly and transparently without prejudice and favouritism.
The office clarified that, it is not insinuating or levelling any particular charge or crime against Aisha Huang yet but the fact of the matter which must be established is that, she flouted and bypassed the immigration laws of Ghana which means, she has breached them and thus, she made be made to face justice but if she is found to be guilty of the crime alleged to have been committed, she will face prison sentence which will not be less than, twenty four months.
