As many Ghanaians are aware, tomorrow, Friday, 15th April 2022, and Monday, 18th April 2022 are public holidays, and all public workers are expected to stay home and rest.
As a result of this, the Electricity Company of Ghana has announced that its offices will not be open to the public from tomorrow, Friday, 15th April 2022, to Monday, 18th April 2022. This means that their services will not be available on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
Meanwhile, the Electricity Company of Ghana has provided an alternative for their customers to access their services through their digital platforms and this includes ECG Mobile App, Web Portal, Short Codes *226#, or visits to any private vending point.
Customers who are using prepaid meters are advised to purchase enough electricity credits to carry them through the Easter celebration days. This is because the private vendor for prepaid might also go on Easter holidays.
