Food is a very significant part of our lives as human beings, old and young alike; that is why we need healthier portions each day in order to grow well.
Having surfed through the internet for healthy food samples, I came up with a rather rare dish, easy-to-handle ingredients and wonderful recipe.
Let’s delve in :
Name of Dish :
Rice-Potato Pottage
Ingredients :
1. Dried fish
2. Long, red chilly pepper(fresh)
3. Onions
4. Rice
5. Sweet potatoes
6. Spring onions
7. Oil
8. Any spice(choice)
9. Water
10. Salt
Here’s how to get started:
1. Pre-heat your saucepan with oil.
2. Saute your sliced onions for a minute.
3. Add mashed red chilly, fish, spice, salt and stir all through.
4. Next, you can add your rice and repeat the stirring, cover up for another minute with lid.
5. Open lid, add water as preferred, stir and taste to check preferred salt level.
6. Add your finely chopped sweet potatoes, stir and leave to cook for a max of 4-5 minutes.
7. Open lid, add spring onions for a crunchy feel and stir again.
8. When cooked fully, you can dish out as you prefer.
