Ingredients :

For Pizza Dough :

— yeast

— half cup of warm water

— 2 tablespoons of olive oil

— 1 tablespoon of salt

— 1 tablespoon of sugar

— half cup of cornmeal

— garlic powder

— Italian seasoning

— 1-2 cups of all-purpose flour

For Pizza Sauce :

— fresh tomato sauce

— onion powder

— 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

— 1 teaspoon of garlic salt

— 1 teaspoon of pepper

— oregano

— tomato paste

— Italian seasoning

NB : For main topping, you will need 1 pound of grated Mozzarella cheese or any other type.

Main Recipe :

1. Pour one and half cups of flour, sugar, salt, yeast, garlic salt, garlic powder, and mix throughly.

2. Add the olive oil, warm water and mix again.

3 When evenly mixed, begin kneading to form a dough.

4. Add a little flour and knead again to be elastic.

5. Smear all sides of the dough bowl with olive oil to avoid stickiness.

6. Cover the top of bowl with a film wrap or napkin for 30 minutes -1 hour.

7. If your cheese isn’t already grated, grate them into another bowl.

8. If you don’t have an already made pizza sauce, begin your homemade one, following the process of making a stew kind of sauce and leave to cool.

9. Knead the pizza dough again after 40 minutes, to remove air bubbles.

10. Remove dough from bowl unto a flat surface, with flour sprinkled already on it.

11. Flatten the dough into a 12 inch shaped circle.

12. Fold edges to form crusts, and rub oil on the entire surface.

13. Pour pizza sauce on surface and spread all round.

14. Use a fork to poke holes.

15. Spread grated cheese all over the surface.

16. Bake in a 350F pre-heated oven in between 15-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted evenly.

17. When baked, you can divide into portions and serve.
