Gari happens to be one of the underrated processed foods from cassava.
It is used for many food combinations and can be used as substitutes for flour in baking or frying.
Gari is the number one ingredient in making ‘eba’, (gari formed into balls), but Nigerian’s have a particular way of preparing it, with simple ingredients too.
