My song did better than those selected for VGMA rap performance – Eno Barony

Eno Barony, a female rapper from Ghana, is disappointed that the VGMA did not include her name among the nominees for the 23rd VGMA Awards’ Best Rap Performance category.

She stated in an interview with Movement TV that her song performed better than four of the category’s nominees and had more stream numbers than Medikal.

As indicated by her, she had a larger number of streams than Teephlow, Strongman Burner, Expressive Joe and Amerado.

She claimed that the category honors rappers based on their stream numbers and other factors, which she perfectly matched, but she was denied the chance to compete with her colleagues.

Eno also talked about times when she should have been nominated for more than five awards, which allowed Charter House, the program’s organizers, to include her in the awards program.

She stated that she had no problem with her fellow artists because they performed well and did well with their songs. She did, however, deserve the award because her song performed better and received more streams.
