Sometimes, getting breakfast can be a hassle, not until you get the right meal at the right time.
That is why most families, often, erect food timetables which predict what meal plan they should have throughout the week.
There are a lot of healthy meal plans out there, but it is key to take note of the healthy ones which can be easily prepared as well.
In this article, we will be looking at one of the world’s healthy delicacies– omelette rolls!
It is made up of mainly eggs and vegetables and it makes one satisfied with or without any beverage in the mornings.
One of the most excellent factors about this meal type, is that, it is mild on younger tummies as well.
This is why we should add it to our meal plans for the mornings as it is so easy to prepare.
Ingredients :
— raw eggs
— spring onions
— carrots
— tomatoes
— salt
— parsley
— curry
— oil/butter
Method :
— Pre-heat your flat or frying pan with bits of butter or cooking oil.
— Dice or slice spring onions, carrots and soak them for 2 seconds in salty water.
— Scoop them out of the water into a collander, and then, into a bowl.
— Break eggs into the bowl of vegetables and whisk until well-mixed.
— Pour mixture bit by bit till preferred size and fry.
— When cooked, gently turn the pan contents into omelette rolls with your spatula.
— Scoop them into a foil or anything that can help soak up excess oil.
— You can cut rolls and eat them from plates.
— You can turn them into omelette khebabs as well.
