A lot of social media users have expressed their thoughts and wishes regarding the ongoing ‘beef’ between. GhOne television personality, Serwaa Amihere, and Henry Amponsah, also known as Henry Fitz.
Currently, it has been confirmed that Serwaa Amihere had sued Henry, along with two other persons by name Candylove Kwaakyewaa Ababio and Edem Saviour Ketti for tarnishing her hard-earned brand and attempting to extort from her.
According to Ghbuzznews.com, the court documents were issued yesterday, Monday, April 8, 2024, with charges like crime conspiracy, non-consensual sexual image circulation on social media and sexual extortion.

Looking further into the details of the court charges, it is stated that the accused individuals blackmailed Amihere by demanding the sum of GHS 25,000 in exchange for not sharing the video on social media — this goes against the Cyber Security Act 2020 Act 1038 Section 66(1).
Edem Saviour Ketti, one of the accused persons, is currently in police Custody, awaiting his verdict since he admitted his Ghana card was used in registering the mobile money account created in receiving the ransom.
It is believed that the police are working on apprehending Henry Amponsah, the former owner of Dream Home, a 19-room hotel in Koforidua, among other properties.
