It may appear to many in the legal jurisprudence as though their freedom of expression is being tampering with when it comes to matters relating to field.
Now, there is going to be a limited opinions as to what a lawyer might purport to say in social media in any case a court proceeding may go against him or her. The Attorney General and minister of Justice, Godfred Dame Yeboah, is praying the Chief Justice, Justice Kwasi Anin Yeboah, not to tamper justice with mercy if or when any lawyer loses a court case but still goes ahead to advertently malign the justices who adjudicate the matter.

The Attorney General believes, that would be the surest way to sanitise the legal system being practised in the country. The minister further reiterated that, if the system is not cleaned up as a punitive measure, the lawyers in the country would continue to scandalise and disparagingly use the names of the judges indiscriminately if the case ruled on does not go in their favour.
It is also expected that, lawyers in the legal fraternity will also file their responses to such a repressive instruction being given by the Attorney General in this contemporary world when it bothers on free speech after a court ruling is finalised.
Some are hoping that, if the chief Justice endorses what the Attorney General tells him, it would amount to nothing but gagging the lawyers from expressing their views on matters of their perspective even though they know their limitations.
