Tampoe Pupils Learn On Bare Floor. There is a harrowing trend in the Jirapa community where Tampoe M/A Basic School is located.
In this school, students are seen visibly learning and writing on the bare ground in a classroom that can be described as a dilapidated building.
Jirapa is located in the Upper West region of Ghana. The school in contention, is a public school managed by the Ghana Education Service, GES.
