‘Abele Walls’ is a household name for Ghanaian handmade milk ice cream.
Whether it’s coconut milk, tigernut milk or any other type of diary product, you just need to make sure your ingredients and mixtures are right.
Let’s take a look at the essential ingredients for an authentic milk-flavoured ice cream.
Ingredients
— 1000 ml of coconut milk
— 1 and half cups of powdered milk
— Half cup of evaporated milk
— sugar (as preferred)
— salt (as preferred)
— 1 tablespoonful of corn starch
— A drop of vanilla extract
NB : Make sure you whisk all of these ingredients together, well enough, before refrigerating, or else there will be knots in your ice cream.
