The private legal practitioner who has been engaged by the embattled and beleaguered galamsey queen, Aisha Huang, Lawyer Effah Dartey has revealed that, Aisha Huang, is legally married to one notable and influential business tycoon in Ghana.
According to him, Ms. Huang’s husband holds a Master’s degree from a Chinese University.
“I know she is married to a Ghanaian,” Lawyer Captain Retired Nkrabeah Effah-Dartey said in an interview on Citi FM yesterday.
According to him, Aisha Huang, is one of ours and thus, how Ghanaian people are expecting to treat one of their own, Aisha Huang, is also expected to be accorded with the same dignity and respect because, she is part of growing the economy of Ghana since she is legally married to a certain business mogul in the country.
According to her lawyer, Captain Lawyer Nkrabeah Effah Dartey, who has been hired by the galamsey kingpin, Aisha Huang to represent her in the ongoing brouhaha surrounding her alleged involvement in the various roles she allegedly played in acquiring Ghanaian sensitive documents and illegally finding herself on the shores of the country after her deportation, has indicated that, his client is being used used as a scape goat since the charges being preferred against her, are not valid and grounded in any standing laws of the republic of Ghana therefore, the case has no legal basis and for that matter, he believes she is going to be exonerated from such instances.
According to Lawyer Nkrabeah Effah Dartey, Aisha Huang, has been living in the country for a while with her lawfully married Ghanaian business magnet before her personal name surfaced in the Ghanaian media when it was reported that, she engaged in some illegal mining activities in the country contrary to the laws of Ghana allegedly.
Aisha Huang, was recently deported back to China after she was arrested for committing crimes against humanity based on her criminal conducts surrounding her activities of illegal political galamsey operations with the connivance and conspiracy theories from some notable individuals of state authorities who are not willing to tell the whole truth about the exact people who are secretly behind Aisha Huang, as it appears she is being used as a sacrificial lamb before it appears there are some powerful state machineries that are solidly backing her operations.
