The president of the Republic of Ghana has reiterated his readiness in opening up our land borders with our neibouring counterparts.
His Excellency, Nana Akuffo Addo who is nicknamed, Fellow Ghanaians because of how he used to address the nation dispassionately during the scourge era of the deadly pestilence, has stated that, the executive arm of government, is seriously considering how to allow an easy access to and fro our neibouring borders.

It is undoubtedly visible that, the past two years closure of the borders largely contributed significantly to the massive declines in the economic activities of Ghana and other African countries. The slow pace of economic fortune in the country as we speak, is largely to be blamed squarely at the doorstep of the borders’ closure.
It is at the back of the closures that instigated to unprecedented and gargantuan increments in commodity prices across the length and breadth of this noble state.
The president reaffirmed that, the borders shall be reopened in the next two weeks to come so that business activities can continue to strife to help improve pragmatically, the economic viabilities of Ghana and the remaining other Africa countries.
